The historic neighbourhoods of Ward 6 are among the most beautiful places in all of Saskatoon. Each neighbourhood has its own character, though many share common traits - the urban forest, Meewasin Trail, bridges, Broadway, the heart of the city and neighbourhoods that abound with parks and activities for all ages. Our Ward 6 neighbourhoods also share the struggles of aging infrastructure and the pressures of increased density.

My family has lived in Ward 6 for 25 years, and I know the changes have been both exciting and challenging. The established neighbourhoods of Ward 6 are historical gems in our city due to the people, vibrant business, community spirit and natural beauty that surrounds us. It’s why I have advocated for more and better sidewalks, accelerated underground infrastructure replacement and a plan to put more dollars into infill neighbourhoods to provide better amenities.

It’s important to me that the needs of Ward 6 Communities are not overlooked and that the future of our Ward is vibrant, safe and sustainable.

Ward 6 encompasses Nutana, Varsity View, Grosvenor Park, Buena Vista, Haultain, Holliston, Downtown and as of 2020, Brevoort Park. To learn more about your neighbourhood, visit your community association or business improvement district website by clicking on the map below.
